Modern slavery is a violation of fundamental human rights and is a crime. It can take various forms, such as forced labour, slavery, and human trafficking, all of which entails a person being deprived of their liberty by another person or group in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Pride Scaffolding Limited Scaffolding has a zero-tolerance stance on modern slavery and will always act ethically and with integrity at the core of all of our business procedures.

We fully comply with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and strive to be fully transparent as a business to ensure that modern slavery plays no part in our activities, we expect the same high standards from anyone in our supply chain.

This policy applies to all persons working for Pride Scaffolding Limited or on behalf of us in any capacity, this includes employees at all levels, directors, agency workers, external consultants, third party representatives and business partners.

All employees of Pride Scaffolding Limited will be subject to checks to ensure they are legally allowed to work within the UK. This ensures all employees are protected under UK law. Any employee that is highlighted as being at risk of exploitation will receive the full support of the Company.

The detection and reporting of slavery is the responsibility of all of us. We should raise any concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain at the earliest possible stage. Contact any of the management team to do this.
